Acer Unveils Acer Ferrari One Netbook

I have an Acer Aspire one and an Ipod shuffle (good for running) and i was wondering is it possible to upload music from my laptop onto my ipod? i can play my ipod music through the laptop but i cant transfer any music saved onto the laptop onto my ipod. is there anything i can do? or does it just not work?
